I am a certified Meditation and Mindfulness instructor that founded Mellow Mainer Meditation because the discipline of meditation has had such a tremendous impact on my ability to overcome severe anxiety and reduce stress that I want to share it. Meditation has deepened the positive relationships in my life while overcoming and letting go of the negative relationships. I simply live with more joy and appreciation.
Through meditation and mindfulness workshops and nature based retreats, I hope to share with you the tools to quiet the mind and create a healthier outlook on life. I have been nationally published, worked within corporate wellness programs, and been a guest speaker at universities. Further studies include a certificate of studies in Integrative Health through the University of Minnesota. This included studies in Aromatherapy, Guided Imagery, Herbal Medicine and additional training in Mindfulness.
