Mellow Mainer Meditation was founded on the idea that self care practices when done in a group setting can lead to peace and a more compassionate world. I want you to experience this sense of peace with our new Healthy Minds Meditation group. Simply, give what you can each month and join us in fellowship with group meditation sessions, helpful self-care newsletters, and more. The group will meet bi-weekly at the Baxter Memorial Library in Gorham for a meditation session which can be attended in person or virtually.
